My Biography

Lance Phillips pursued a Bachelor’s Degree from San Jose State University. He has taken his music around the world as a vocalist and for eight years was able to experience most of the locations that appear in THE SLAVE OF ATHENIODONIS. He has touched the waters of the Nile, encountered the ghosts of the Roman Colosseum and embraced the marble of the Parthenon. A stage life well lived in both Los Angeles and in New York City has given him tremendous insight into story telling, so writing seemed to occur naturally after a litany of musical successes. This is the debut novel by Lance Phillips, who also penned the lyrics that NOVOS sings in this work, plus a variety of short stories and poems to his credit as well. Lance Phillips continues to live the sweet life in the Hudson Heights neighborhood of New York City.
